ACCUCARETM
GAMMA-GT-SLR
Kinetic test (SCE recommendations)
Order Information
Catalog No: Product Description: Pack Size:
GGTSLR 10 GAMMA-GT 1 x 10 ml

METHOD
Kinetic test

PRINCIPLE
Gamma-glutamyl is transferred from gamma-glutamyl-p-nitroanilide to glycylglycine by gamma-GT (Gamma-Glutamyl-Transferase). The p-nitroanline formed absorbs at 405 nm. The amount of p-nitroani is directly proportional to gamma-GT activity.

SAMPLE:
Serum.

MANUAL PROCEDURE

PIPETTE INTO TEST TUBE

SAMPLE 100 µl
REAGENT 1000 µl

Mix well and incubate for 1 min. at 37°C. read initial absorbance and start timer simultaneously; read again after 1,2 and 3 min (p A/min).

CALCULATION AND LINEARITY
p A/min. x 1111 = U/l Gamma GT

The method is linear upto 200 U/l.
