The company is privately held by its two founders, Mr. Parmanand
B. Bhatia & Mr. Ravi Chadha. The company started as a trading house for diagnostics reagent supplies. Since June 2001, Lab-Care Diagnostics under went change in constitution and is now known as Lab Care Diagnostics (India) Pvt. Ltd. The registered office is at Mumbai with it's state of the art manufacturing facility in Sarigam, District Valsad in the state of Gujarat, India. |
