ACCUCARETM
LDH
(Kinetic test)
ORDER INFORMATION
Catalog No: Product Description: Pack Size:
LDH 10 LDH-L 10 X 1.1 ML
LDH 30 LDH-L 10 X 3 ML

METHOD

Kinetic test

PRINCIPLE

Lactate is oxidized to Pyruvate in the presence of NAD by the action of lactate dehydrogenase. The rate of formation of NADH is directly proportional to LDH concentration.

SAMPLE

Serum free of hemolysis

REFERENCE VALUES
Males 50-166 U/L 30°C
80-285 U/L 37°C
Females 60-132 U/L 30°C
103-227 U/L 37°C

QUALITY CONTROL :

Accutestrol N - H

REAGENTS

Reagent I : Enzyme reagent

Low Normal at 37°C 80 U/L
High Normal at 37°C 285 U/L
Linearity at 37°C 800 U/L

MANUAL PROCEDURE

PIPETTE INTO TEST TUBE
Working Reagent 1000 µl
Sample 25 µl

Mix well and after 1 min incubation, measure the change in absorbance
per minute (p A/min.) during 2 minutes.

CALCULATION AND LINEARITY

340 nm : Activity (U/L) = p A/min X 6592

Linearity at 37°C is 800 U/L
